2010

Every year, the Provincial Examining and Licensing Committee honour students who have achieved excellence on the Provincial Examination. Congratulations to our student Samantha Blagojevic on the award for the 2nd Highest Average province wide. Well done Samantha.

The first year students for the Cosmetology Program have graduated and all the students have been successful with employment opportunities. It is quite an exciting experience watching these students transform into qualified hair professionals in the art of Cosmetology.

The next Cosmetology program begins on April 5, 2011. The class will be under the direction of Debbie MacCallum, Master Cosmetology Instructor. Debbie has been with Victoria Court Career College since the college opened. The college is very proud to have the cosmetology students under the care of Debbie MacCallum. Debbie is a master at her craft and has a wonderful way with the students who trust and respect her. It is going to be a wonderful experience for the students who are beginning their first year of advancing into a new career in Cosmetology.

January 2009

I am happy to announce the official opening of Victoria Court Career College. The Grand Opening for the college was held on January 29, 2009 with the Honourable Brooke Taylor, Minister of Transportation and the Honourable Mayor Bill Mills cutting the ribbon for the official opening. The grand opening was a wonderful event with many of the business people of Truro on hand to see the college for the first time. Thank you to everyone who attended and special thanks to Minister Taylor and Mayor Mills.
